1 Step One – Medical Review and Search

In-depth medical review and search for personalized treatments locally and worldwide.

The first step is the foundation of the entire process, as here we learn the disease state in depth and search for all the newest and most advanced options from around the world for you.

• Receiving the patient's medical records and transferring them to the company's oncologists to build a personal disease profile and clinical characterization according to the current status and treatment history.
• Working according to a unique methodology developed in the company to review, analyze, and filter possible treatments from professional medical databases worldwide. These treatments may include: drugs pending FDA approval, biological drugs, targeted drugs, antibody-drug conjugates, cell therapies, oncolytic viruses, clinical trials, and more.
• The list of treatments includes drugs at various stages of efficacy and safety evaluation, and drugs not yet registered in your country that can be obtained under "compassionate use".
• If document completion is required, the report submission date will be postponed in coordination with the patient.
• This stage includes quality control prior to producing the final report.

2 Step Two – Production of Findings Report

The findings report is the central product of our work – it summarizes in an organized manner all options that could change the face of the disease.

• After completing Step 1, a professional written report is generated, concentrating all options found suitable.
• The report is built personally, addressing therapeutic options relevant to the current state as well as possible progression states.
• The findings report will be sent to the patient (can also be sent to the attending physician) as a PDF file. A printed copy can be requested.
• Options may include experimental drugs, compassionate use programs, biological treatments, and clinical trials.
• Important: The report does not constitute personal medical advice but a professional review. Mention of a treatment does not guarantee its efficacy or commitment to obtaining it.

3 Step Three – Explanatory Call on Findings

The third stage is the heart of the process, as here we sit together, explain everything found, and help you understand the possible way forward.

• Scheduling a Zoom explanatory meeting of about an hour to review the report and therapeutic options raised in it, with the patient and anyone they choose to participate.
• The call is recorded and conducted with Nir Erez. A copy of the recording will be transferred to the patient for convenient review of the information.
• During the call, a practical action plan for the road ahead will be built, including preparation for the meeting with the attending oncologist.

4 Step Four – Consultation with Senior Oncologist

Scheduling a consultation with the most professional senior oncologist, from Israel or abroad, selected for your specific case to provide support regarding the treatment plan. The first consultation is part of the "VIP Plan" support.

• Preparation for oncologist consultation: Before the meeting, Nir Erez contacts the oncologist and discusses your case history and treatments from the Trial-In Pharma report.
• Treatment plan supervision: We will be in constant contact with the attending oncologist and medical staff to ensure treatments and tests are carried out according to the set plan.

5 Step Five – Support in Accessing Treatments

Here we connect scientific identification with practical implementation and start turning information into an action plan in the field.

• After the most suitable treatment is chosen by the attending oncologist and patient from those in the report, the company will act and make every effort to obtain it, maintaining constant contact with the patient and their family.
• The company operates through organized channels, to the best of its ability, to obtain drugs and treatments. However, please note that despite successes in obtaining them, it is not always possible due to reasons beyond the company's control.
• The service includes support and guidance regarding obtaining new drugs, whether paid or free of charge.
• The service does not include accompanying oncological treatment, and company oncologists do not write prescriptions. Prescriptions are obtained from the oncologist recommended by Trial-In Pharma to manage the patient's treatment.
